Fiduciary Services
Heather Fish is a private professional fiduciary, licensed by the Arizona Supreme Court.
A private professional fiduciary represents the interests of another person in business dealings, and may handle that individual's finances and/or healthcare decisions when that individual can no longer handle their own affairs. A private fiduciary may be named to serve as a Guardian, Conservator, Power of Attorney Trustee, or Personal Representative.
As a licensed fiduciary, Heather L. Fish offers the following services:
- Trust Administration Services in Arizona: As your trust administrator, we will assist in the protection of your assets when you are no longer willing or able to manage your financial affairs alone. We are available to serve as the trustee of testamentary trusts, special needs trusts, revocable trusts, and irrevocable trusts. We also serve those who wish to have a Successor Trustee in Arizona, in which case we assume responsibility for asset management.
- Probate Estate Administration: As the probate administrator, we provide probate administration and other fiduciary services both for our clients and for law firms and their clients as Personal Representative of decedent’s estates .

About Heather
Heather is a licensed fiduciary in the state of Arizona. She also serves as a paralegal with Copeland Law Offices where she specializes in estate planning and probate / trust administration matters.
Heather began her professional career in banking where she was a Vice President of Commercial Lending. She then became an owner/principal for a family owned business as well as a “stay at home” Mom. When returning to work, she became a Financial Advisor and subsequently attended law school. Heather holds a Bachelor of Science Degree and a Masters Certificate in Education from Arizona State University. Heather received her J.D. from Arizona Summit Law School in 2013 and was admitted to the State Bar of Minnesota in 2016.
Heather is a native Phoenician who resides in the west valley. She enjoys spending time playing golf, tennis and hiking all over the valley with her dogs and girlfriends. She enjoys traveling and watching football and baseball.
